Konstantinos Lafkas invests or supports investment decisions through Uni.Fund's published strategy: Unlock European university, R&D and technology potential by backing deep-tech and market-disruptive founders and helping them build teams, go-to-market systems and scalable businesses.
Visionary, open and ambitious founders with proprietary technology or business-model innovation, strong teams, large markets and measurable impact.
Weak founder commitment, small markets, limited scalability or a lack of proprietary innovation run counter to the published criteria.
Show the proprietary technology or disruptive model, founder drive, market need, team complementarity, scale potential and commercialization plan.
