Mislav Tolusic invests or supports investment decisions through SmartCap's published strategy: Develop Estonia's venture market and address capital gaps by backing Estonian funds and globally ambitious greentech companies, plus defence companies and funds that add value to Estonia's defence ecosystem.
Ambitious Estonian or NATO-connected teams and fund managers building globally relevant green or defence technologies with measurable strategic value.
Opportunities without fit to the venture, green or defence mandates, or without meaningful value to Estonia, are less aligned.
Match the appropriate fund and show the Estonian or defence-ecosystem relevance, technology edge, impact, market evidence and capital plan.
