CoinDCX VenturesCheck size: $100K–$1M was the published CoinDCX Ventures range at launch in May 2022 for global Seed through Series A investments. The live firm page still confirms an early-stage global mandate but does not restate the range, so founders should verify the current ticket directly.
Rohit backs early-stage Web3 businesses where decentralization produces a materially better product—not blockchain for its own sake. He looks for valuable, sustainable companies and balances thesis conviction with execution, with particular emphasis on DeFi, exchange and order-book innovation, blockchain infrastructure, chain abstraction, and simpler user and developer journeys that can drive mass adoption.
Products that are roughly an order of magnitude better because of decentralized architecture; teams that can become category leaders and build sustainable businesses; founders with execution strength as well as a coherent model-space thesis; and companies that can use CoinDCX's exchange capabilities, product expertise, community and global network for distribution or co-development.
Rohit has explicitly rejected the idea that Web3 is a panacea or that every digital experience should move onchain. Weak fits include decentralization without a major efficiency or customer-experience gain, infrastructure that does not simplify adoption, and projects with strong narrative but no credible execution or sustainable stakeholder value.
Email ventures@coindcx.com, the address published by CoinDCX Ventures. State Seed/Series A stage, desired $100K–$1M historical range fit, global and India relevance, why decentralization creates a 10x product improvement, execution milestones, and a sustainable business model. Explain which CoinDCX assets—exchange distribution, product co-development, community, liquidity or regional network—would materially accelerate the company.
Move a workflow onchain only when decentralized architecture creates a roughly order-of-magnitude improvement in efficiency, ownership, trust or customer experience.
Build conviction in the model space while separately underwriting whether the team can execute and create a valuable, sustainable business.
Evaluate foundational infrastructure, scalability and optimized user/developer experience together; chain abstraction should make the underlying complexity disappear.
Identify the exact exchange, community, product, liquidity or network capability CoinDCX can contribute beyond commoditized capital.
