Kotryna Blažaitytė supports Practica Capital's team and portfolio within the firm's published strategy: Partner actively with ambitious Baltic founders at seed and selected pre-seed and Series A stages, bringing practical company-building experience.
Baltic founders with global ambition, strong operational excellence, a scalable technology product and clear founder-market fit.
Companies without a Baltic founder or operating link, limited technology leverage or little venture-scale potential are less aligned.
